ExecuLink™

The ExecuLink™ forum is a senior leader peer coaching forum developed and moderated by executive coach Tim Link. It is a confidential brain trust of successful executives from non-competing businesses. Members gather monthly to offer support and feedback geared towards helping peers make progress on the issues, challenges and opportunities most important to them.

Tim Link conceived the ExecuLink™ concept in 2002 in response to clients wishing to connect with and learn from others. Tim creates the environment and structure for high-level strategic dialogue while incorporating an effective mix of flexibility and accountability that enables personal growth and enhanced business results.

Discussions center on topics pertinent to business leaders including change management, business development, employee engagement, performance improvement, recruitment and retention, succession planning, talent development and team building. Utilizing the Peer Consultation model adapted from the work of The Kansas Leadership Center and built upon principles of Adaptive Leadership, members present issues for peer input and feedback. As a result, participants walk away from each meeting with specific and actionable ideas or new insights and different perspectives that they can immediately translate into meaningful action.

The ExecuLink™ forum is an excellent supplement to an executive coaching regimen, but you do not have to be a one on one coaching client in order to participate. Interested parties must complete an online application and phone consultation with Tim Link. While there is no formal attendance requirement, participants must be willing and able to make monthly attendance a priority.
