Assessments, when utilized appropriately, can be an exceptional
method for gathering feedback. The assessments used by Link
Resource Group are designed to help you understand who you
are, how you work and how you are perceived by those around
you. They measure strengths, behavioral patterns, natural
abilities and communication styles.
Each of our assessments can be taken on-line, and most of
them give instant feedback. You and your coach will then interpret
the feedback, and identify the best approach to leverage the
feedback into meaningful action.
