360 Degree Performance Feedback
The Checkpoint 360™ from Profiles International, Inc.
is a process used to help leaders become more effective. Managers
receive feedback from the full circle of people with whom
they interact. Eight Universal Management and Leadership Competencies
in 18 different skill sets are measured and mapped against
a baseline measurement provided by the client. All survey
information is completely confidential. The process involves
gathering input from a variety of sources including direct
reports, peers, direct managers, customers, etc.
360 Degree Assessments can be customized for all organizational
levels including executives, upper management, middle
management, supervisors, professionals and hourly employees.
Often, the online feedback is combined with feedback
gathered by the coach via live interviews with all of
the participants. The live interviews allow for a greater
depth of exploration and a richer interpretation of
the feedback which leads to more meaningful goal setting
and action planning.
The 360 Degree Performance Feedback reveals strengths
as well as opportunities for development. It enables
the client and the coach to put their efforts toward
building strengths instead of focusing on weaknesses.
This focus on strengths helps build confidence and an
understanding of our impact on the work place.
